    London Bartenders have gone by many names, mixologists, cocktail makers, cocktail slingers, served many people and most importantly, mixed up consistent, delicious cocktails since 2010. Shaking up drinks left right and centre, we are all perfectly trained, professional and fun to watch. Knowledge of the drinks we serve and guests entertainment will all be a part of your evening, as we give the best service possible! Have fun like a guest at your own party, hire a cocktail bartender to handle the drinks so you can entertain your guests like a proper host!

    How much does it cost to hire a cocktail bartender?

    The rates for hiring a cocktail bartender start from £140 per booking for 3 hours and £35 per every additional hours, and £190 for a flair bartender for 2 hours plus £65 per every additional hour. Special daily rates apply for corporate events where a team of 2 or more bartenders are required for a minimum of 6 hours per day. Travel charges may apply and will be confirmed with every quote at enquiry stage.

    How many bartenders do I need?

    Not always an easy answer, as a rule of thumb you will need one cocktail bartender for every 30/35 guests for a standard cocktail party at home. For fast paced parties (birthday parties), corporate events and wedding receptions we recommend that you hire one cocktail bartender for 25/30 guests and a second one for events with 30/60 guests. Cocktail making is a very slow process, you will need to hire bar staff based on a tested formula we recommend!

    How do I hire a cocktail bartender at home?

    A deposit will be charged at booking stage and the balance due will be charged in full on the day of the event. All deposits paid are non refundable if you cancel the agreed date and/or location and non transferable either. We are not in position to accommodate a change in the date of the event with less than 4 weeks notice.

    Am I going to get a shopping list?

    Correct, our booking procedure is a straight forward one. A dedicated event professional will be allocated to help you plan the event, the cocktails menu and your shopping list accordingly but only as soon as we will receive your booking deposit.
